Our Engineering Services include

FABRICATION

Mould making, specials, general engineering – platforms; staircases; concrete molds, truss brackets;
industrial hand railing and grating.

CUTTING & BENDING

We have two guillotines that can cut 3000mm lengths, up to 16mm.
Our CNC bend brake can bend a 3000m length, up to 8mm.

PLASMA CUTTING

We are able to cut 4000mm x 2000mm sheets up to 50mm.

About Us

Hilliar Engineering Services opened its doors in Glen Anil in January 1999.
The business started doing small site jobs for the construction industry, fabricating and installing
beams and staircases. Over time, as our experience grew, we were able to take on larger projects.

We have invested in machinery which has changed the scope of work we are able to do.
Now, with 15 years of experience, we continue to service the construction industry in various ways.

Projects

Some of the work we have done includes Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Moses Mabhida Stadium;
the Bridge at Warwick Junction and the Umdloti Pedestrian Bridge.
